Lauren Ball is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Clinical Social Work Supervisor, and the founder and director of Recovery Unfiltered. She specializes in eating disorder treatment, with a focus on helping clients rebuild a connection with their bodies and heal underlying trauma. Her approach centers on unconditional support and community, on the premise that eating disorders thrive in isolation and that recovery depends on genuine human connection. Lauren works often with athletes and performers, helping them pursue their work free from preoccupation with food, weight, and body image. She is also certified in EMDR and in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, and is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher. She currently provides virtual sessions in Nevada, Arizona, and Florida.
