Advertising Policy

EDrehab is an advertising-supported site
EDrehab is a free directory and editorial site about eating disorder treatment. We list licensed treatment centers from public records and publish editorial content about conditions, levels of care, insurance, and treatment decisions. The site is supported by advertising. Treatment centers may purchase a sponsored profile and pay a flat monthly fee to advertise with us. Sponsored profiles are clearly labeled wherever they appear.
Our vetting process
Treatment centers that advertise with us must pass a vetting process: active state license verified through public regulator records, no open public complaints or active enforcement actions at onboarding, Joint Commission / CARF / equivalent accreditation, evidence-based clinical modalities and qualified staff, and live admissions response capability. We reserve the right to decline or terminate advertising relationships with centers that don't meet these standards.
Editorial independence
EDrehab maintains a strict separation between advertising operations and editorial content. Advertisers do not see or review editorial content before publication, do not influence which conditions / treatments / topics we cover, and standard listing rankings are not influenced by whether a center advertises with us.
How sponsored profiles are labeled
A "Sponsored" badge appears on every sponsored profile card and listing. Sponsored profiles include a per-page disclosure naming the advertiser. Calls placed through a sponsored profile route directly to that advertiser's admissions team, identified by name in the disclosure.
How calls are routed
Calls placed from a sponsored profile route directly to that advertiser's admissions team. Calls placed from generic pages (homepage, condition pages, level-of-care pages, search results) route to a licensed eating disorder treatment program from our rotating advertiser pool on a documented rotation. We do not run auctions, accept variable bidding, or route calls based on payment willingness. Per-call rates, where applicable, are uniform within each tier. EDrehab is not a treatment provider, so we do not offer medical advice, clinical screening, or treatment referrals.
What we will not advertise
We do not accept advertising for: treatment centers under investigation for or convicted of fraud; weight loss programs, supplements, or appetite suppressants; diet products or commercial weight management services; cosmetic procedures or appearance-modification services; or products or services that may be triggering or harmful to people with eating disorders.
