Center for Change's main eating disorder campus at 1790 North State Street in Orem, providing the full continuum from inpatient through outpatient. Inpatient and residential serve adolescent and adult women; partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient serve adolescents and adults of all genders. Specialty tracks include diabulimia (ED with type 1 diabetes), athletes, and co-occurring substance use. REDC Consortium member with on-site accredited high school.
