Center for Discovery's Rogers Park residential program (North Sheridan Road) is the operator's adult eating disorder campus for ages 18 and up of all genders, using a weight-inclusive, trauma-informed home-based model. Day and intensive outpatient programming for the Chicago area is at the separate Des Plaines site.
